Why refunds are not available
OriginMe provides digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Once your personalized report has been created and made available to you, the transaction is considered complete. As the digital product is consumed at the moment of delivery, we are unable to offer refunds on completed orders.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following cases: - Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error - Technical failure on our end preventing content delivery - Content was not generated within a reasonable timeframe (over 10 minutes) - Other issues directly caused by the Company
