Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after delivery.

Why refunds are not available

CosmicMe provides digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the report has been generated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases: - Duplicate charges due to payment errors - Technical failure preventing content delivery - Other issues caused by the Company
